GSM Blend of 53% Grenache, 33% Shiraz, 14% Mourvèdre.
This Grenache is handpicked from their old bush vines planted in 1946, which forms the back-bone of this wine. The most elegant and perfumed Shiraz was selected to complement the blend and lastly the winemaker added Mourvèdre to give fragrance and a solid tannin structure. All resulting in one of the best GSM blends in Australia.
