A Champagne fit for a statesman, the Pol Roger Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill 2015 embodies sophistication and excellence. This 21st vintage shines with a mid-yellow-gold hue and a fine stream of bubbles, testament to its long maturation in Pol Roger's cool cellars.
The bouquet opens with bold spice, pepper, and black fruit notes, evolving into a complex medley of dried fruit, hazelnut, and exotic aromas. On the palate, layers of candied fruit, brioche, cocoa, and pastries create a full-bodied, generous texture. With its rich, round character and Pinot Noir-driven structure, this cuvée is perfectly balanced by the freshness and elegance of Chardonnay. The finish is broad, gripping, and incredibly long, making every sip unforgettable.
Perfect for celebrations or as a collector’s treasure, this cuvée showcases Pol Roger's legendary craftsmanship and legacy.

The Pol Roger Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill is a tribute to the great British leader and loyal patron of Pol Roger. First created in 1975 to honour Churchill’s love for robust, full-bodied Champagnes, this cuvée uses only the finest Grand Cru vineyards with a focus on Pinot Noir (over 60%) and Chardonnay.
The 2015 vintage showcases the best of the year’s harvest, with ripe grapes sourced from exceptional parcels in Ambonnay, Bouzy, and Verzy on the Montagne de Reims, as well as Avize and Chouilly on the Côte des Blancs. After extended ageing in Pol Roger's historic cellars, the wine achieves remarkable depth, complexity, and longevity.
Pol Roger, founded in 1849, is one of Champagne’s most prestigious houses. With 92 hectares of prime vineyards and a meticulous approach to winemaking, Pol Roger consistently produces wines of unrivalled elegance, culminating in their flagship Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill, which exemplifies their commitment to quality.
